Josh Harder flipped District CA-10 that had been held by the GOP for a long time in 2018. This was the first election TSB was involved in. CA-10 is a very purple district which leans red and is highly vulnerable to falling into Republican hands again.  To make sure that this doesn't happen, TSB is joining forces with several local Swing Left chapters to host a fundraiser for Josh.  

• Josh is a young fifth-generation resident of California's Central Valley who won his Congressional seat in CA-10 in both 2018 and 2020.  He is a great candidate who understands the needs of his constituents and a solid partner for President Biden to help implement his agenda.

• CA-10 is a highly competitive district that Joe Biden won by only 1.6 points, and it may become even more competitive with redistricting.

• CA-10 is primarily comprised of Stanislaus County which voted to recall Governor Newsom.  This clearly illustrates the uphill challenge being faced by Josh in the 2022 midterms.

• The National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC) has identified Josh as one of their top targets in the nation.

• All of this suggests that this will be Josh's most competitive race yet.
