On June 14, 2025, more than 5 million people participated in about 2,100 "No Kings" protests and rallies across the nation, marking them the largest coordinated demonstrations since President Trump's second inauguration. These rallies, organized by the 50501 Movement, ACLU and scores of progressive groups, were held in response to the Trump administration's authoritarian actions, including military crackdowns, immigration enforcement and attempts to undermine democratic institutions.
