They See Blue® Congratulates the Democratic Party and Sen. Warnock for a Successful Midterm Election

DECEMBER 9, 2022 — They See Blue®, an organization focused on mobilizing South Asian voters to elect
Democrats, would like to congratulate the Democratic Party and in particular Senator Raphael Warnock on the results of the 2022 election cycle. We are heartened to see that the Red Wave did not materialize.

To support Democrats during the 2022 election cycle, activities by They See Blue members included:

• 75,000 handwritten postcards to voters in swing districts and purple states
• 10,000 phone calls to voters
• 600,000 text messages
• 10,000 doors knocked
• 10,000 flyers mailed or dropped off

In addition, They See Blue delivered multiple TV ads and interviews across seven TV stations, radio ads in English Gujarati, Hindi, Punjabi and Marathi and twenty-nine interviews across twelve radio stations. All ads ran multiple times per day and all interviews were broadcast multiple times. The ads and interviews can be found at: and on our YouTube channel:

During this election cycle, They See Blue also advertised on social media achieving over 8.5 million impressions in multiple languages.

They See Blue expresses our deepest thanks to our base of over 6,000 volunteers who worked tirelessly to help make this happen.

They See Blue would like to thank voters for overcoming various obstacles to make their voices heard and preserve our democracy. We would also like to thank our partners at the AAPI Victory Fund, the AAPI Victory Alliance, Indian American Impact, and our many donors and supporters for helping make this a successful election season.

Founded in 2018 by four South Asian Americans, They See Blue® has grown to over 6,000 members with 22 grassroots chapters nationwide. As a registered Section 527 allvolunteer organization, They See Blue seeks to engage and increase the participation of South Asian Americans in the political process of our great country and to help elect Democrats.
